In February 2026, TLC delivered the Spirit of Inquiry Survey to female students from underserved communities, mapping their disciplines of interest, their areas of strength and opportunity, their understanding of the application process, and the networks of support already available to them. The findings shaped every resource and program that followed.
In collaboration with Hamari Pahchan, TLC ran a series of workshops in which established STEM professionals spoke directly with girls considering education and careers in their fields, giving students a candid look at journeys they had rarely seen up close.
TLC established a peer-mentoring network at Hamari Pahchan, pairing students with trained high school volunteers so that the pursuit of higher education in STEM became something done together rather than alone.
Through an online campaign on Milaap, TLC raised INR 75,000, donated directly to Hamari Pahchan to subsidize scholarships and grants for girls from low-income communities pursuing higher education in STEM.
